Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

How To Return Items

Your items must be in their original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Please email to info@qualitytouch.com to request a refund and we will contact you within 7 business days.
  2. Contact Us for any returns
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been damaged, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you incurred on the original purchase.

Exchanges

In the event of defective product, Quality Touch LLC. will exchange products after thorough inspection within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Payment Policy

Quality Touch, LLC accepts only Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Your credit card will be charged at time of purchase. In the event we are unable to fill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 5 business days.

Carriers: We ship via UPS

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.

Backorders: If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order with no additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.

This policy covers how Quality Touch uses your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
